Which Hostinger plan for WordPress? (India, 2026)
For most WordPress sites in India, buy Hostinger Premium, about ₹119 a month after the extra 20% off. It runs several sites, includes a free domain and handles a normal business site or blog. Choose Business for WooCommerce, or Cloud once traffic is heavy.

I get this question every week, usually from someone who just picked a WordPress theme and now faces four Hostinger plans with no idea which one their site needs. Here is how I decide it for clients, plan by plan, with the reasoning rather than a spec dump.
Skip Single for anything real
Single runs one website with tight limits. It is fine for a single-page site that will never grow. The moment you add a page builder, a few plugins, or a second site, it feels tight. I have migrated enough sites off Single to just start people one tier up. The price gap is small. The headroom gap is not.
Premium is the right answer for most sites
A business site, a portfolio, a blog that posts a few times a week: Premium handles all of these. You get several sites, a free domain for the first year, and the Mumbai data centre for fast loading in India. A client restaurant site in Kochi runs happily here, menu, photos, a booking form, no strain.
Business when WooCommerce enters the picture
A shop changes the maths. WooCommerce writes to the database constantly, product images pile up, and you really want daily backups the day an order goes wrong. That is Business. I move boutique and store clients here without hesitation. It is the one time I skip Premium.
Cloud once traffic is heavy
When a site passes roughly 50,000 visits a month, or an agency wants several client sites with dedicated resources, Cloud Startup earns its price. You get dedicated CPU and RAM without managing a server. Below that, cloud is money spent early.
The quick table
| Site | Plan | After 20% |
|---|---|---|
| One tiny site, never grows | Single | ₹55/mo |
| Business site, blog, portfolio | Premium | ₹119/mo |
| WooCommerce shop | Business | ₹199/mo |
| Heavy traffic, agency | Cloud Startup | ₹479/mo |
One thing to plan for
Whichever you pick, the price rises at renewal. Premium renews at ₹289 a month. Buy a 24 or 48 month term so the low rate lasts, and set a reminder before renewal. That is the honest footnote every WordPress plan choice needs.
WordPress plan FAQ
Which Hostinger plan is best for WordPress in India? +
Premium for most WordPress sites, about ₹119 a month after the extra 20% off. It runs several sites, includes a free domain and handles a normal business site or blog. Move to Business for WooCommerce, or Cloud once traffic is heavy.
Can I run WooCommerce on Premium? +
A small shop can start on Premium, but Business is the safer home for WooCommerce because it adds daily backups and more resources for orders and product images. Move up before the shop gets busy, not after.
Is Single enough for a WordPress blog? +
Only for one small blog with light traffic. It runs one site with tight limits, so it fills up once you add plugins or a second site. Premium costs a little more and saves an early migration.
